فرنسا: البابا ليون ١٤ والانتخابات الرئاسية بين يمين ويسار

حتى أمس القريب كانت العلاقة بين الفاتيكان وتيارات اليمين المتطرف في فرنسا (وإيطاليا) تجتاحها توترات مستمرة ومواقف متباينة تعكس اختلاف الرؤى حول قضايا الهجرة، والسيادة، والقيم الإنسانية.
اليوم تغيرت الأمور بشكل متباطئ ولكنه ظاهر خلال زيارة البابا «ليون ١٤» إلى فرنسا «ابنة الكنيسة المدللة».
الأسباب كثيرة ومتعددة منها ما يتعلق بالمواضيع الاجتماعية والبنيوية التي يثيرها البابا ومنها بسبب «قاعدة العلمانية» التي اسست لها الثورة الفرنسية والتي مهما قيل تركت أثراً في لاوعي الشعب الفرنسي. أهمية هذه الزيارة أنها تأتي في خضم انتخابات رئاسية قادمة تشير استطلاعات الرأي ألى أن الأفضل حظوظاً بالفوز هم من … أقصى اليمين أو … أقصى اليسار. فماذا سيكون موقف الكنيسة؟
وللتذكير في بداية الثورة الفرنسية تم «سحق» الكنيسة الكاثوليكية وسلبها كنوزها وأراضيها وكذلك ثروات النبلاء الذين كان تحالفهم مع رجال الدين يؤمن لهم طاعة مطلقة من «الشعب».
ولكن التعليم الإجباري والمدرسة الرسمية فعلت فعلها وأسست لأجيال ابتعدت حتى بداية الثمانينات من القرن الماضي عن الكنيسة وتراجعت أعداد المصلين بشكل دراماتيكي.
صادف وصول اليسار ممثلاً بفرنسوا ميتران إلى الحكم مع انتشار الدعوات «اللاتينية»، وهي دعوات لإلقاء المواعظ باللغة اللاتينية، وكانت انطلاقة عودة عدد من الفرنسيين إلى ممارسة الشعائر المسيحية. وقد صادف هذه العودة بدء موجات المهاجرين واللاجئين مما أجج عددا من الفرنسيين للعودة إلى الكنائس، وصادف أيضاً الحديث عن البترودولار الذي يدعم الجمعيات الإسلامية حول العالم.
هنا بدأ التباعد عن العلمانية في صفوف اليمين الفرنسي الجمهوري الذي انتقل إلى ضفة اليمين المتطرف الذي كان جان ماري لوبن (والد الزعيمة الحالية للجبهة الوطنية مارين لوبن) هو محركه الأول. ولكن ساهم تتطرف جان ماري لوبن ونزعته العنصرية – وقد حكم عليه عدة مرات في المحاكم بسبب مواقفه- في انبثاق كتلتي يمين: اليمين الجمهوري – الديغولي- مثله خير تمثيل جاك شيراك ويمين متطرف بدأت ترتفع أسهمه في المجتمع الفرنسي – وفي أوروبا بشكل عام وإن كان أقل تطرفاً في بدايته.

انحصر التباين مع «العالم الكاثوليكي» بانتقاد رأس الهرم البابوي: البابا فرانسيس (٢٠١٣-٢٠٢٥) بسبب مواقفه الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المتقدمة، وقد تعرض البابا فرنسيس لسهام نقد لاذعة من قادة اليمين واليمين المتطرف في فرنسا من قبل مارين لوبان وخارج فرنسا (مثل دونالد ترامب، وجافيير ميلي في الأرجنتين)، حيث اتهموه صراحة بأنه “شيوعي” أو “يساري متطرف”. وهي اتهامات إن لزم التوضيح، سياسية أولا وأخيراً. وكان رد البابا والوعظ يدور دائما حول مبادئ المسيحية «إن الاهتمام بالفقراء والمهمشين والعدالة الاجتماعية هو قلب تعاليم الإنجيل وجوهر المسيحية، وليس اختراعاً ماركسياً أو يسارياً» وهو أيضاً بعض من مواعظ للبابا فرانسيس .
ولكن طالما هاجمت قيادات اليمين المتطرف في أوروبا (مثل زعيمة أقصى اليمين في فرنسا مارين لوبان) التدخل البابوي في الشؤون السياسية وصناديق الاقتراع، داعيةً البابا إلى الاهتمام بالشؤون الدينية داخل الكنائس بدلاً من التوجيه
من هنا تركز خطابات الفاتيكان المستمرة على حماية المهاجرين غير النظاميين ودعم مبادرات تسوية أوضاعهم الإنسانية، متضامنةً مع نقاط العبور الأوروبية مثل جزر الكناري وإيطاليا.
واليسار؟ ما هي مواقف اليسار بالنسبة لـ بابا روما؟
يتبنى اليسار الراديكالي تاريخياً مواقف علمانية متطرفة ومناهضة للمؤسسات الدينية باعتبارها أدوات سلطوية. ولكن تتسم العلاقة بين الفكر اليساري والبابوية الكاثوليكية، لا سيما في عهد البابا فرنسيس، بالتعقيد والتداخل الكبير. فرغم الخلافات العقائدية التاريخية والعميقة، تقاطعت العديد من مواقف البابا مع تطلعات «اليسار العالمي» في ملفات العدالة الاقتصادية.
عند وصف لبابا فرنسيس (وهو أميركي لاتيني من الأرجنتين) في كثير من الأوساط السياسية بأنه «زعيم اليسار العالمي» في بعض القضايا، ذلك نظراً لتركيزه على العدالة الاقتصادية ومحاربة الرأسمالية المتوحشة. وقد انتقد البابا مراراً الأنظمة الاقتصادية القائمة على الجشع واحتكار الشركات الكبرى. وطالب بإعادة التوزيع العادل للثروات والتركيز على حقوق الفقراء والمهمشين.
البابا ليون ١٤ مثله مثل البابا فرانسيس دافع منذ وصوله عن المهاجرين واللاجئين ودعا لفتح الحدود واحتضانهم، وهو موقف يتماشى تماماً مع أدبيات الأحزاب اليسارية في أوروبا وأمريكا، في مواجهة صعود اليمين المتطرف.
بعكس اليمين الذي «لا يؤمن بالتغيير المناخي» تبنى البابا دفاعاً صارماً عن كوكب الأرض، وهو ما جعله حليفاً طبيعياً للحركات البيئية وحركات اليسار الأخضر.
ولكن هذا لا يمنع وجود خلافات عقائدية وخطوط الحمراء من الصعب تجاوزها، وهي أشبه بشرخ أيديولوجي حاد بين البابوية واليسار المتطرف وبشكل خاص الشيوعي أو الماركسي الملحد واليسار الراديكالي. وتتركز هذه الخلافات في القضايا الأخلاقية والاجتماعية.
من أبرز نقاط الاختلاف المواقف من مسائل الإجهاض والموت الرحيم. فالكنيسة ترفض الكنيسة رفضاً قاطعاً الإجهاض وتعتبر الحياة مقدسة من اللحظة الأولى لتكوينها، بينما يرى اليسار المتطرف الإجهاض حقاً أساسياً للمرأة. كذلك يمكن الإشارة إلى مسألة الهوية الجندرية والزواج. فالباباوية تدافع عن المعاملة الإنسانية ومنع التمييز ضد الأقليات الجنسية (LGBTQ+)، لكن بسبب العقيدة الكاثوليكية التقليدية بشأن مفهوم الأسرة ترفض الكنيسة الاعتراف بالزواج المثلي أو تغييرالجنس.
زيارة البابا ليون ١٤ إلى فرنسا في خضم التحضير لانتخابات رئاسية حاسمة لمستقبل «ابنة الكنيسة» يفتح أبواب التساؤل حول تأثير الكاثوليكية على الانتخابات ونتائجها، خصوصاً وسط تصاعد تيارات اليمين المتطرف في أوروبا والعالم بشكل عام،
إذ كما ذكرنا أعلاه تتسم العلاقة بين اليمين المتطرف والكاثوليكية بخلافات فكرية عميقة، حيث يتبنى العديد من تيارات اليمين المتطرف في أوروبا والعالم الغربي نزعة محافظة دينية مسيحية واستدعاءً للرموز التقليدية والتقاليد الكاثوليكية كجزء من الهوية القومية والثقافية مثل الدفاع عن الهوية التقليدية الأوروبية وربطها بالموروث المسيحي والتقاليد الكاثوليكية في مواجهة العولمة والعلمانية المفرطة.
ولكن في السنوات الأخيرة ظهر تغيير في السلوك الانتخابي، إذ أشارت الدراسات إلى أن الناخبين الكاثوليك الذين كانوا يصوتون تقليدياً لليمين المعتدل، لكن بسبب قضايا الهجرة والهوية والتظاهرات الاجتماعيةباتت أجزاء منهم تلتفت نحو خيارات أشد تطرفاً.
ولكن هذا لا يعني بأي شكل من الأشكال «تقارب سياسي» مع اليسار في فرنسا، رغم حمل لواء طروحات «اليسار العالمي» وعدد من أفكار «الجنوب السياسي».
يتفق المراقبون على أن البابا ليون ١٤ ما زال في بداية عهده، وكونه أميركي الجنسية، وبعيد جد البعد عن مواقف ترامب ترامب المتطرفة، لا بد وأن يطبع عهده بنوع من «الثورة الفكرية» في قضايا إنسانية يراها في لب عقيدة المسيحيين مثل المسألة الفلسطينية والأيغور والقتال في الكونغو والسودان.
