فايننشال تايمز توثق شبكة تجنيد ونقل وتدريب اماراتية تمتد من كولومبيا إلى الإمارات، ثم بوصاصو والكفرة ونيالا والفاشر
‏ كتبت الصحيفة :جلبت الشبكة نحو 2,000 مرتزق كولومبي إلى السودان للقتال إلى جانب قوات الدعم السريع. وقال المقاتلون إن شركة الأمن الخاصة Global Security Services Group «GSSG»، ومقرها الإمارات، تولت نقلهم وتشغيلهم. وتصف GSSG نفسها بأنها «المزود الوحيد لخدمات الأمن الخاصة المسلحة للحكومة الإماراتية»، وسبق أن أدرجت الديوان الرئاسي ووزارتي الخارجية والداخلية ضمن عملائها.
أسس الشركة عام 2016 أحمد محمد الحميري، الأمين العام للديوان الرئاسي الإماراتي. ووصلت الدفعة الأولى من الكولومبيين في أكتوبر 2024، وكانت مهمتها إنشاء ممر لوجستي للإمدادات عبر شرق ليبيا إلى دارفور.
ووصف المرتزق السابق «مانويل» قوافل مدرعة تعبر الصحراء الليبية، مع إخفاء المركبات والعناصر تحت الأشجار لتجنب القصف الجوي. قال مانويل، الذي تدرب في الكفرة وعمل مع مقاتلين من جنوب أفريقيا وأوكرانيا، إن الإمارات تمول الصراع وتوفر الأسلحة للدعم السريع. وتحدث مانويل عن وجود مقاتلين لا تتجاوز أعمار بعضهم 12 عاماً، يحملون السلاح ويقاتلون مقابل الطعام.
ونُقلت الدفعة الثانية عبر قاعدة ممولة إماراتياً في بوصاصو، شمال الصومال، على متن طائرة روسية قديمة، ثم ساهمت في تأمين مطار نيالا وتوزعت على معسكرات صحراوية سرية. وشاركت الدفعة الثالثة مباشرة، بحسب مقاتلين، في معارك الفاشر إلى جانب الدعم السريع. وهناك تسجيلات تظهر كولومبيين يطلقون النار قرب مسجد وينقلون رفيقاً مصاباً. وقُتل ثلاثة كولومبيين وأصيب اثنان في تلك المنطقة، بينما حصل أفراد الدفعة الثالثة على مكافآت كبيرة من GSSG بعد سقوط الفاشر.
وتلقى نحو 300 متخصص تدريباً سرياً داخل الإمارات بين يناير وأكتوبر 2025 على تشغيل المسيّرات والأسلحة المضادة للطائرات، قبل إرسالهم إلى السودان. وحدد المقاتلون قاعدة غياثي في أبوظبي موقعاً للتدريب، وقالوا إن مدربين من GSSG وإماراتيين بالزي العسكري أشرفوا على تقسيمهم إلى وحدات للمسيّرات والدفاع الجوي والرادار. وكانت لجنة خبراء أممية قد وصفت غياثي عام 2021 بأنها معسكر عسكري استُخدم سابقاً لتدريب مرتزقة سودانيين تعاقدت معهم شركة Black Shield الإماراتية، تحت إشراف ضباط إماراتيين.
وحددت «هيومن رايتس ووتش» قاعدتي غياثي والوثبة من خلال صور ومقاطع نشرها كولومبيون على حساباتهم. وقال جاستن لينش، رئيس Conflict Insights Group، إن التحليل الرقمي لمجموعته «يربط معسكر التدريب في أبوظبي بالمقابر الجماعية في الفاشر». ورصدت المجموعة تدفقاً مستمراً للأجهزة عبر مسار يبدأ من الإمارات ويمر ببوصاصو والكفرة ونيالا وينتهي في الفاشر. وظهرت بوصاصو بوصفها مركزاً لوجستياً وطبياً وتدريبياً رئيسياً. وقال خمسة مرتزقة إنها استقبلت مقاتلين من أفريقيا وأميركا اللاتينية، وإن نحو 200 شخص كانوا يتدربون فيها. ووصف أحد المقاتلين بوصاصو بأنها مركز لإرسال المرتزقة إلى السودان ومناطق صراع أخرى في أفريقيا، وقال إنه شاهد كولومبيين وبيروفيين وجنوب أفارقة ومكسيكياً وغواتيمالياً.
واستُخدمت قاعدة بوصاصو، بحسب الشهادات، لتخزين جثث المرتزقة؛ وقال أحدهم إن جثث بعض رفاقه بقيت مجمدة هناك لأكثر من ستة أشهر. شملت القوة، إلى جانب غالبية كولومبية، مقاتلين أوكرانيين وروساً وإسباناً وبنميين وجنوب أفارقة. واختير بعض المجندين من أعضاء كارتلات المخدرات لأنهم يمتلكون خبرة قتالية حديثة ومهارات سلاح أكثر راهنية من بعض العسكريين المتقاعدين. وتمرد بعض المرتزقة أو انسحبوا بعد تأخر رواتبهم شهرين بسبب وقف بنك كولومبي التحويلات، قبل إبلاغهم بوصول أموال نقدية جواً من الإمارات.
وقال المرتزق «لويس» إن الجيش السوداني قصف عام 2025 طائرة متعطلة في مطار نيالا، ما أسفر عن مقتل نحو 50 شخصاً، وإنه شارك في دفن الجثث.
التحقيق يجمع مسارات متعددة من الأدلة والشهادات تربط أجزاء الشبكة بمنشآت وشركات ومناطق نفوذ مرتبطة بالإمارات.
