المعارضة السورية: روسيا تكثف ضرباتها الجوية

قالت الهيئة العليا للتفاوض التي تمثل جماعات المعارضة الرئيسية في سوريا إن روسيا كثفت ضرباتها الجوية منذ أن أُعلنت خطة وقف إطلاق النار الأمريكية الروسية يوم الاثنين وإنها تخشى وقوع الأسوأ خلال الأيام التي تسبق بدء تنفيذ الاتفاق يوم السبت.

وجدد سالم المسلط المتحدث باسم الهيئة التأكيد على مخاوف المعارضة من أن تستغل روسيا الاتفاق لاستهداف مجموعات الجيش السوري الحر التي تحارب للإطاحة بالرئيس بشار الأسد.

وذكر أن بعض شروط الاتفاق تشير إلى أنه وقع تحت تأثير شديد من روسيا كما أن الشروط مبهمة.

وقال في مقابلة هاتفية مع رويترز “ما نخشاه أن تستخدم روسيا هذه الاتفاقية لاستهداف الفصائل المعتدلة في سوريا.”

ويستبعد الاتفاق جماعات مثل تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية وجبهة النصرة المرتبطة بتنظيم القاعدة لكن معارضين يقولون إن هذا سيمنح الحكومة ذريعة لمواصلة مهاجمتهم لأن المقاتلين المتشددين منتشرون على نطاق واسع في مناطق تسيطر عليها المعارضة.

وتنفذ القوات الجوية الروسية ضربات جوية دعما للأسد منذ 30 سبتمبر أيلول وهو ما حول ميزان القوى في المعركة لصالح الأسد في الحرب المستمرة منذ خمسة أعوام والتي قلصت إلى حد بعيد سيطرته لتقتصر على المدن الكبيرة في غرب سوريا والساحل.

وأفادت تقارير بأن مقاتلي تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية أحكموا قبضتهم على ممر إمدادات للحكومة السورية يؤدي إلى حلب يوم الثلاثاء بينما يقاتل الجيش لاستعادة السيطرة على الطريق المهم في حملته لاستعادة السيطرة على المدينة.

وقبلت دمشق خطة أمريكية روسية “لوقف الأعمال القتالية” بين الحكومة وجماعات المعارضة اعتبارا من يوم السبت في الوقت الذي أفادت فيه تقارير عن أن ضربات جوية روسية استهدفت أحد آخر الطرق المؤدية إلى مناطق يسيطر عليها مقاتلون معارضون في حلب.

وقال المسلط “التصعيد في القصف كان في استهداف مناطق في حلب ومناطق في حمص وداريا (جنوب غربي دمشق) …نتوقع أكثر من ذلك من قبل النظام ومن قبل الغارات الروسية.”

وكان المسلط يتحدث خلال اجتماع للهيئة العليا للتفاوض المدعومة من السعودية في الرياض. وتضم الهيئة جماعات سياسية ومسلحة تعارض الأسد.

وقالت الهيئة يوم الاثنين إنها وافقت على المساعي الدولية لكنها قالت إن قبول هدنة مشروط بإنهاء الحصار المفروض على مناطق يسيطر عليها مقاتلو المعارضة والسماح بدخول المساعدات الإنسانية والإفراج عن معتقلين ووقف الضربات الجوية ضد المدنيين.

لكنها أضافت أنها لا تتوقع أن يوقف الأسد أو روسيا أو إيران الأعمال القتالية.

وقال المسلط “ندرس هذه الهدنة ونخشى من النقاط المبهمة لا يوجد اعتراض على الهدنة إن كان تنفيذها بشكل دقيق دون أن تأخذ روسيا العذر باستهداف الفصائل الثورية المعتدلة واستهداف الجيش الحر.”

وأبلغ أسعد الزعبي رئيس وفد المعارضة قناة العربية التلفزيونية أنه يتوقع أن يطرح اجتماع الهيئة يوم الأربعاء على واشنطن مخاوف الهيئة بشأن شروط الاتفاق قبل بدء تنفيذه
