العفو الدولية: ترامب وبوتين والسيسي ودوتيرتي ومادورو انتهكوا حقوق الملايين

اتهمت منظمة العفو الدولية الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب بانتهاج سياسات تتسم “بالكراهية” وبأنه يمثل تهديدا لحقوق الإنسان عالميا.

وقالت المنظمة في تقرير سنوي أصدرته الخميس إن “الرئيس ترامب ينتهج سياسات من شأنها تقويض حقوق الإنسان في الولايات المتحدة وفي الخارج”.

وصنفت العفو الدولية ترامب في ذات المجموعة التي تضم رؤساء مصر وروسيا والصين والفلبين وفنزويلا. وكانت منظمة العفو الدولية قد نشرت تقريرها السنوية في العاصمة الأمريكية واشنطن للمرة الأولى.

وقال ساليل شيتي، الأمين العام للمنظمة إن “هواجس الحقد والخوف لها وقع كبير الآن في الوضع الدولي، وليست هناك إلا القليل من الحكومات التي تدافع عن حقوق الانسان في هذا الزمن العصيب”.

ومضى للقول “بدلا من ذلك، فزعماء كالسيسي (مصر) ودوتيرتي (الفلبين) ومادورو (فنزويلا) وبوتين (روسيا) وترامب (الولايات المتحدة) وشي (الصين) ينتهكون دون أي وازع حقوق الملايين”.

ووصف تقرير منظمة العفو قرار ترامب بمنع دخول مواطني دول معينة إلى الولايات المتحدة، وهو القرار الذي أصدره بعد أيام قليلة فقط من تسلمه مهام منصبه، بأنه “قرار يتسم بالكراهية.”

وقال شيتي إن القرار الأمريكي الذي استهدف عددا من الدول ذات الأغلبيات المسلمة “فتحت الباب لسنة استغلها العديد من الزعماء لايصال سياسات الكراهية الى غاياتها الأكثر خطورة”.

ويوثق التقرير ذو الصفحات الـ 400 قضايا حقوق الانسان التي اثارت قلق منظمة العفو الدولية في 159 دولة.

ومن الأمور التي أشار اليها التقرير:

  • “حملة التطهير العرقي المريعة” ضد مسلمي الروهينغا في ميانمار
  • “الجرائم المنافية للانسانية” وجرائم الحرب التي ارتكبت في العراق وجنوب السودان وسوريا واليمن
  • المحاولات الجارية لتقويض حقوق النساء في الولايات المتحدة وروسيا وبولندا
  • اضطهاد المثليين وثنائيي الجنس في مصر والشيشان
  • “الاحتقار” الذي يبديه الرئيس رودريغو دوتيرتي لحقوق الانسان في حربه ضد تجارة المخدرات في الفلبين
  • القيود المفروضة على الاجهاض في ايرلندا الشمالية والسلطات التي تتمتع بها الشرطة البريطانية لمكافحة الارهاب

وانتقد التقرير ما وصفه “بالرد الضعيف” لزعماء العالم ازاء القضايا المتعلقة بحقوق الانسان وما وصفه التقرير بالميل نحو نشر “الاخبار الكاذبة” من اجل التلاعب بالرأي العام.

ولكن المنظمة أشارت كذلك الى النشاطات التي قام بها ناشطون وحركات احتجاجية حول العالم ضد ما وصفته بالسياسات الرجعية.

وقال شيتي “قد تكون سياسات دونالد ترامب أذنت حقبة جديدة من تقويض حقوق الانسان، ولكن هذه السياسات ليست فريدة بأي حال”.

ودعا الأمين العام لمنظمة العفو الدولية زعماء العالم الى “معالجة التحديات الكبرى” في العام المقبل.

    We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
