تونس: احتجاجات ضد زيارة ولي العهد السعودي محمد بن سلمان

وصل ولي العهد السعودي محمد بن سلمان الثلاثاء إلى العاصمة التونسية في زيارة تثير الكثير من الانتقادات والجدل من قبل منظمات من المجتمع المدني التونسي ونقابة الصحافة التي ترفض زيارته بسبب قضية اغتيال الصحافي السعودي جمال خاشقجي والحرب في اليمن. والتقى ولي العهد الذي يقوم بجولة خارجية بالرئيس التونسي الباجي قايد السبسي.

التقى ولي العهد السعودي محمد بن سلمان بالرئيس التونسي الباجي قايد السبسي الثلاثاء في تونس، وسط مظاهرات مناهضة لزيارته دعت إليها منظمات مدنية ونقابة الصحافة. وتظاهر بضع مئات من الأشخاص في وسط العاصمة التونسية ضد الزيارة.

وقال الأمير محمد بن سلمان الذي يرافقه وفد كبير من الأسرة المالكة السعودية للتلفزيون الرسمي التونسي “علاقاتنا مع تونس ممتازة منذ وقت طويل.. ولا يمكن أن أزور شمال أفريقيا دون زيارة تونس وسيادة الرئيس هو مثل والدي”.

أما السبسي فقال من جانبه إنه يأمل أن تكون هذه الزيارة انطلاقة متجددة لتدفع العلاقات بين البلدين.

وتعتبر زيارة ولي العهد السعودي إلى تونس هي الزيارة الأولى التي يقوم بها أحد أفراد الأسرة المالكة السعودية منذ ثورة 2011 في تونس، لكنها قوبلت بالرفض خاصة من قبل المجتمع المدني.ولاحظ الباحث في السياسة الدولية يوسف الشريف أن تونس، هي البلد الوحيد الذي استمر على درب الديمقراطية بعد أحداث الربيع العربي، “هي من البلدان العربية النادرة التي يمكن فيها التعبير عن مثل هذه المواقف”.

وكان الأمير محمد بن سلمان زار ضمن جولته الخارجية الحالية الإمارات والبحرين ومصر والتي سينهيها بالمشاركة في قمة مجموعة العشرين بالأرجنتين.

من جانبها نددت جمعيات من المجتمع المدني بزيارة الأمير وحمل المئات من المحتجين في الشوارع منشارا للتنديد بقتل خاشقجي وحملوا أعلاما يمنية.

ورفعت صورتان عملاقتان على مبنى نقابة الصحافيين التونسيين وجمعية النساء الديمقراطيات تظهر الأولى خليجيا ومعه منشار والثانية خليجيا بيده سوط مع عبارة “جلاد النساء غير مرحب به”.

واتهم مسؤولون أتراك ووسائل إعلام تركية ولي العهد السعودي بأنه هو من أمر باغتيال الصحافي السعودي جمال خاشقجي في قنصلية بلاده بإسطنبول، الأمر الذي أساء لصورة المملكة في العالم.

وتنفي السلطات السعودية أي دور لها في الجريمة.

واعتبر الشريف أن زيارة الأمير محمد بن سلمان لتونس “تندرج في إطار الصراع الدائر بين السعودية من جهة وقطر (أكبر مستثمر عربي في تونس) وتركيا أحد الشركاء الاقتصاديين الرئيسيين لتونس من جهة أخرى”.

ورأى الباحث أنه بهذه الزيارة ، بعد سلسلة زيارات وزارية في الأشهر الأخيرة، “يسعى السعوديون للتصدي لقطر والنفوذ الذي قد يكون لها” في تونس.

وعلى مستوى السياسة الداخلية التونسية، اعتبر الباحث أن الرياض يمكن أن تؤثر “لخفض مستوى الديمقراطية” في البلاد.

وأورد الشريف أن السعودية التي كانت استقبلت الرئيس التونسي الأسبق زين العابدين بن علي لدى الإطاحة به في 2011، عملت على “ضرب مصداقية الثورة في تونس” ولا تنظر بعين الرضى للمكانة التي يحتلها حزب النهضة الإسلامي الذي يعتبر مقربا من الدوحة.

وتابع الباحث أنه في المقابل “فإن علاقات السعودية جيدة مع الطبقة السياسية المرتبطة بالنظام السابق”.

وأضاف ان “الإدارة التونسية تفضل التمويل السعودي على القطري” محذرا من أن “فتح الباب أمام السعوديين ليس الحل لكل المشاكل وخصوصا في أوج العملية الانتقالية بتونس”.
