فقر ومجاعة وانهيار النظام الصحي: لبنان، الى أين؟

حسب ما يتداوله البعض فإنه يبدو أن الرئيس الحريري عائد الى بيروت قريبا،هذه العودة ضرورية خصوصاً في الوقت الحاضر الذي يعيش فيه لبنان حالة من الانهيار غير مسبوقة في تاريخه سببها الواضح فقدان التوازنات الداخلية في نظام طائفي بني اساسا على هذه التوازنات.

إن ثقل الطائفة السنية على الساحة السياسية رغم ظهور بعض التشرذم ضروري لسببين اساسيين، أولا إن تيار المستقبل هو تيار الاعتدال وغيابه سيشكل بيئة حاضنه للمتطرفين داخل الطائفة، وثانيا كون الحريري رغم اخطاءه لايزال يشكل حجراً اساسياً في التجمع السيادي لمواجهة ما يسمى «الاحتلال الايراني» وحليفه حزب الله.
على الحريري إذا أراد العودة الى المشهد السياسي أن يتخلص من بعض المحيطين به امثال نادر وأحمد الحريري وغطاس خوري وغيرهم من الذين كانوا أحد اسباب ضعفه وضياعه وارتكابه لهفوات سياسية بالاضافة طبعاً الى حقد عون عليه وعلى والده.

عودة الحريري ستتيح لطائفته التغلب على الاحباط المسيطر عليها وغيابها الفاعل عن ساحة المواجهة مما اتاح لبعض النكرات أن تخرج الى العلن معللة النفس لتولي رئاسة الحكومة، للذكر وليس للحصر، امثال عمر حرفوش ورغيد الشماع الحالم بموقع سياسي دون اي كفاءة، كذلك هو حال حرفوش الذي جمع بعض المال بطرق مشبوهة مواجها دعاوى قضائية بحقه في فرنسا لقيامها باعمال مشبوهة ولأسباب عدة لا مجال لذكرها هنا.

على الحريري بعد عودته ان يقوم بتنظيف بيته السياسي وإبعاد بعض الملتفين حوله كما ذكرت. إن إبعاد هؤلاء سيساهم بشكل كبير بإعادة لم شمل تيار المستقبل ليأخذ موقعه الطبيعي مع السياديين لمواجهة الوضع المزري في وطنه لبنان والوقوف بوجه حزب الله.

إن عودة الحضور الفاعل للسنه سيساهم في عودة التوازن الى الوضع الداخلي رغم أن فقدان هذه التوازنات ليس هو السبب الوحيد الذي اوصل لبنان الى الانهيار فالتأثيرات الخارجية خصوصا الإقليمية تلعب دوراً اساسياً في مأساة هذا البلد الذي الذي كان في وقت من الاوقات يوصف بأنه سويسرا الشرق.

يذكر سفير لبنان في مصر ايام الراحل الرئيس جمال عبد الناصر جوزف ابو خاطر إن الرئيس عبد الناصر استدعاه في ساعة متأخرة الى منزله وعندما دخل رأى التوتر على وجه الرئيس الذي كان يدخن بشراهة والمنفضة ملئى باعقاب السجائر. وبادر السفير بحيرة واضحة سائلاً ما هذا اللبنان؟ انني أتابع النقاش في مجلس الامن بخصوص الاعتداء الاسرائيلي على مطار بيروت معقباً، صدر القرار بالاجماع بإدانة اسرائيل وتأنيبها واهتمام الامم المتحدة بمطار بيروت وسرعتها في الادانة اذهلني بينما سيناء والضفة الغربية والجولان محتلة ولا احد يهتم مضيفا من اين للبنان هذا النفوذ؟ اجابه السفير بنظامه وتوازناته وتعددية مكوناته الذي يعتبرها العالم رمزا للتعايش.

هذا التعايش دمره ندخل الخميني واطلاقه مشروع تصدير الثورة الطائفي الذي بدأ في العراق ومن ثم انتشر الى بقية دول المنطقة خصوصا لبنان.

خطفت ايران القضية الفلسطينية وجعلتها شماعة تعلق عليها كل آمالها التوسعي واوجدت حزب الله الذي تبنى خطاباً طائفياً مذهبياً تحريضياً بحيث لم ترى المنطقة انحطاطاً شبيها منذ مئات السنين. ولا يمكن التغاضي عن مشاركنه في الحرب الداخلية السورية وفي قمع الثورة والمعارضة عسكريا بالتعاون مع ايران ما ساهم بمقتل وتهجير الملايين من المواطنين السوريين.

تسبب كل هذا بدمار المنظومة المصرفية وافلاس لبنان،وانتشار الفساد والافساد وتجارة المخدرات. وتوسع حزب الله والتدخل إقليميا وتراشقه مع دول الخليج  السياسة، لم تراعي يوماً المصلحة الوطنية واسقطت الدولة ومؤسساتها وجعلت من لبنان بلدا يعاني اهله من الفقر والهوان بعد الازدهار والبحبوحة.

عندما يصل في لبنان الى سدة رئاسته ميشال عون الذي يعمل ليل نهار لايصال صهره الى الرئاسة هذا الصهر الذي بغبائه وجوعه للسلطة دمر علاقات لبنان بالعالم وخصوصا دول الخليج اثناء تربعه على كرسي وزارة الخارجية عل ذلك يساعده في تحقيق حلمه في الوصول الى رئاسة الجمهورية، وعندما يكون الحاكم الفعلي لبلد الارز حزب الله فبالطبع لا تردد من أن يقول الموراطن أهلا وسهلاً بعمر حرفوش او برغيد الشماع.
