يوميات الصحفيين الفلسطينيين: الرصاص المطاطي والاعتقال والاحتجاز

تواصلت الاعتداءات والانتهاكات بحق الصحفيين الفلسطينيين في الأراضي الفلسطينية خلال شهر شباط الماضي وسجلت ارتفاعا ملحوظا وتصعيدا خطيرا وذلك وفق ما جاء في التقرير الشهري الخاص بالاعتداءات والانتهاكات والذي يصدر عن لجنة الحريات التابعة لنقابة الصحفيين الفلسطينيين .

وقد تمثلت ابرز الانتهاكات وفق تقرير لجنة الحريات باستهداف الصحفيين بالاعتقال وبإطلاق الرصاص المطاطي والمعدني وقنابل الغاز والاعتداء الجسدي بالضرب والركل ، ومنعهم بالقوة من تغطية الأحداث من قبل قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي .

واخطر الانتهاكات تمثلت بإطلاق الرصاص المطاطي حيث سجلت 8 إصابات بالرصاص المطاطي او المعدني المغلف بالبلاستيك وهو من النوع القاتل وفق ما هو موثق لدى المؤسسات الفلسطينية والحقوقية .

كما استمر استهداف الصحفيين بقنابل الغاز التي أصابت بعضهم بشكل مباشر مما شكل خطر واضح على حياتهم .

كما استمر مسلسل الاعتقال والاحتجاز للطواقم الصحفية من قبل جيش الاحتلال حيث تفاوتت فترة الاحتجاز والاعتقال ،بينما استمر اعتقال رسام الكاريكاتير الإعلامي محمد سباعنة ،

وفي الضفة الغربية ارتفعت نسبة الانتهاكات الصحفية مقارنة مع الشهر الماضي والذي لم تسجل به أي حالة من الانتهاك مقابل 4 حالات 3 منها من قبل الأجهزة الأمنية فيما تواصل الأجهزة الأمنية التابعة للحكومة المقالة بقطاع غزة في انتهاكاتها من خلال عمليات الاستدعاء ومنع طواقم إعلامية من العمل .

وفي تعقيبه على التقرير أفاد رئيس لجنة الحريات عضو الأمانة العامة لنقابة الصحفيين الفلسطينيين محمد اللحام ان لجنة الحريات حاولت جاهدة خلال الشهر الماضي متابعة كافة الحالات التي تعرضت للانتهاكات وخاصة من قبل جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بما فيها متابعة ملف الاحتجاز والاعتقال ليس بالتوثيق فحسب بل وبالاحتجاج والتظاهر ومخاطبة الاتحادات الدولية .

كما طالب اللحام أجهزة الأمن الفلسطينية في الضفة الغربية بوقف سياسة الاعتقال أو الاستدعاء أو الاعتداء بحق الزملاء واحترام القوانين الناظمة للمهنة الإعلامية . وأشار اللحام لصعوبة التواصل مع الجهات الأمنية في قطاع غزة والتي تستحدث أجسام أمنية وحزبية بمسميات كتل صحفية نقابية تهدف لتشويه الحقائق والإساءة للحالة الفلسطينية وتتآمر على أخلاقيات المهنة وتشكل ذراعا ضاربا ومساعدا وميسرا للاعتداءات والانتهاكات بحق الزملاء والزميلات في قطاع غزة .

ابرز الانتهاكات المرصودة في شهر شباط 2/2013 :
أولا: انتهاكات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي:
1/2/: قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي تقتحم منزل الصحفي أمين أبو وردة في مخيم بلاطة قضاء نابلس وتقوم باستجوابه .
2/2/: قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي تعتدي على مجموعة من الصحفيين الفلسطينيين وهم “الصحفية في وكالة “أسوشيتد برس” فدوى الهودلي وزميلها في الوكالة المصور إياد حمد، ومصور وكالة “الأناضول” التركية معاذ مشعل ومراسل تلفزيون “فلسطين” هارون عمايرة وذلك اثناء تغطية عملية إخلاء “قرية النواطير” التي أقامتها مجموعة من النشطاء على أراضي قرية بورين المهددة بالمصادرة من قبل الاحتلال.
3/2/: قامت قوة من جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي باحتجاز مراسل ومصور تلفزيون فلسطين نجيب فراونة وعلي دار علي لمدة 4 ساعات.
4/2/: إصابة المصور الصحفي هيثم الخطيب (34 عاما) بحالة اختناق بغاز قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي خلال تغطية مسيرة بلعين الأسبوعية قرب رام الله.
5/2/: سلطات الاحتلال تجدد الاعتقال الإداري ، لمدة ستة أشهر وللمرة الرابعة على التوالي بحق الصحفي عامر أبو عرفة(29 عاماً) والمعتقل منذ 31 آب/أغسطس 2011 ، وهو يعمل مراسلاً صحافياً ومحرراً في وكالة “شهاب” للأنباء و”الجزيرة توك”.
8/2/: إصابة مصور مركز معلومات وادي حلوة أحمد صيام، برصاصة مطاطية في ركبته أطلقها أحد أفراد الشرطة الاحتلالية الإسرائيلية في القدس المحتلة.
9/2/: قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي تعتقل مصور وكالة “بال ميديا” عبد الغني النتشة، ومصور وكالة “أسوشيتد برس” ناصر الشيوخي، أثناء إخلائها بالقوة قرية كنعان التي أقامها ناشطون فلسطينيون على أراضي قرية التواني جنوب الخليل المهددة بالمصادرة لصالح المستوطنين.
9/2 :استهدفت قوات من جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لمجموعة من الصحفيين الفلسطينيين أثناء تغطيتهم للفعاليات في “قرية كنعان” قضاء الخليل و قامت بالاعتداء واحتجاز واعتقال الصحفيين المتواجدين في المنطقة وهم: مصور الوكالة الفرنسية حازم بدر، مصورا وكالة رويتر مأمون وزوز و الصحفي يسري الجمل والمصور الصحفي إياد حمد .
(11/2) اعتدت قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على مصور وكالة “بال ميديا” عامر عابدين أثناء تغطيته لهدم منزل في منطقة بيت عوا بالخليل،
12/2/:إصابة مصور وكالة “بال ميديا”عامر عابدين برصاصة مطاطية في قدمه، حلال تغطيته عملية هدم بيت فلسطيني نفذها جنود الاحتلال في بلدة بيت عوا غرب مدينة الخليل.
15/2/: قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي تستهدف، الصحفيين بالرصاص المطاطي والقنابل المسيّلة للدموع، وأصابت أربعة منهم أثناء تغطيتهم المواجهات التي اندلعت بين جنود الاحتلال وشبان فلسطينيين أمام معسكر معتقل”عوفر”، وهم: مصور الموقع الإلكتروني لإذاعة “راية أف.أم.” سامر نزال، أصيب بثلاث رصاصات معدنية ، كما وأصيب مراسل “تلفزيون نابلس” الصحفي محمد دجانة أبو عيشة برصاصة معدنية في وجهه، كما أصيب مصور وكالة “الأناضول” التركية معاذ مشعل بقنبلة صوتية في ظهره ، ومراسل إذاعة “راية أف.أم.” شادي حاتم برصاصة مطاطية في ظهره .
16/2/: قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي تعتقل رسام الكاريكاتير في صحيفة الحياة الجديدة محمد سباعنة (34 عاما)، أثناء عودته من الأردن عبر معبر الكرامة.
18/2/: قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي تقتحم منزل الصحفي محمود عبيد القدومي في بلدة بير زيت قضاء رام الله وتقوم باستجوابه وتصادر جهاز الحاسوب الخاص به .
19/2/: قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي تحتجز مراسل فضائية “القدس” ممدوح حمامرة، ومصور وكالة “بال ميديا” سامر حمد، ومراسل موقع “القدس” عبد الرحمن يونس، وتمنعهم من تصوير اقتحامهم لمدينة الدوحة قضاء بيت لحم.
(21/2) اعتدت قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على مدير التصوير في وكالة بال ميديا فادي ماضي أثناء تغطيته لمواجهات اندلعت أمام معتقل عوفر الإسرائيلي،
22/2/: شرطة الاحتلال تعتقل مصور القناة الفرنسية الأولى “TF1″ جميل قضماني مدّة ثلاث ساعات وأطلق سراحه.
22/2 : اعتدت قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على مصور وكالة رويتر يسري الجمل وتصيبه برصاصة مطاطية بساقه اليمنى كما أصيب مصور الوكالة الأوروبية عبد الحفيظ الهشلمون برصاصة مطاطية بالقدم ،

22/2/: احتجزت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي مصور وكالة وفا حسام أبو علان أثناء تغطيتهم لمواجهات بين شبان فلسطينيين وقوات الاحتلال في وسط مدينة الخليل.

23/2/: قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي تعتدي على عدد من المصورين الصحفيين خلال تغطيتهم للأحداث والمواجهات التي شهدتها قرية قصرة قضاء نابلس وهم ” أيمن النوباني من وكالة “وفا ، وعلاء بدارنة مصور “الأوروبية، وجعفر اشتية من وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية، وعبد الرحيم القوسيني من وكالة “رويترز ، “.
24/2/: إصابة مصور قناة الجزيرة الانجليزية جوزيف حنضل برصاصة مطاطية في قدمه من قبل قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي أثناء تغطيته لمواجهات فتح شارع الشهداء بالخليل.
24/2/: إصابة المصور فادي ماضي “وكالة بال ميديا” بقنبلة غاز في البطن من قبل قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ، خلال مواجهات أمام معتقل عوفر غربي رام الله .
25/2/: قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي تعتقل الصحفي مصعب شاور 22 عاماً، مقدم برنامج الأسرى في إذاعة الخليل، بعد اقتحام منزله بمنطقة “أيزون” في الخليل.
الانتهاكات الفلسطينية الداخلية
الانتهاكات في الضفة الغربية
1/2 : قامت مجموعة من الشبان بمصادرة نسخ مجلة “بنت البلد” في بيت ساحور، على خلفية مقال نقدي .
7/2/: جهاز الأمن الوقائي، يستدعي الصحفي علاء الطيطي من محافظة الخليل.
19/2/: جهاز الأمن الوقائي يعتقل الصحفي محمد عوض.
25/2/: جهاز المخابرات العامة يستدعي الصحفي خلدون مظلوم، مراسل وكالة قدس برس .
الانتهاكات في قطاع غزة
1/2/: الأجهزة الأمنية في الحكومة المقالة بقطاع غزة تمنع بعض الصحفيين من تغطية منعها لحزب التحرير من عرض فيلم وثائقي عن الثورة السورية تحت عنوان “وجاءت ثورة الشام بالحق” في الساحات العامة .
17/2/: الأجهزة الأمنية في الحكومة المقالة بقطاع غزة تقوم باستدعاء مراسل ومصور موقع “أسوار برس” حسين عبد الجواد كرسوع .
17/2/: الأجهزة الأمنية في الحكومة المقالة بقطاع غزة تقوم باستدعاء الصحفي علاء الدواهيد.
27/2/: الأجهزة الأمنية في الحكومة المقالة بقطاع غزة تمنع فريق عمل فضائية “فلسطين اليوم” ( أكرم دلول، وعامر أبو عمرو، وجاد عثمان) من تصوير منطقة الأنفاق برفح،وتحتجزهم في غرفة العمليات بمقر تابع للشرطة حيث صادروا الكاميرا ومسحوا كل المواد المصورة الموجودة عليها، وبعد تدخل إدارة الفضائية من لبنان قاموا بإطلاق سراحهم.

(28/2) استدعت النيابة العامة في الحكومة المقالة نائب نقيب الصحفيين الفلسطينيين تحسين الأسطل للتحقيق معه في مدينة غزة وأفرجت عنه بكفالة.
