اليونيفيل: نطلب من إسرائيل الانسحاب من شمال قرية الغجر منذ عام ٢٠٠٦

أعلنت المتحدثة بإسم اليونيفيل أنطونيت ميداي في تصريح حول موقف “اليونيفيل” من الإقتراح الإسرائيلي إجراء أشغال في الغجر، “ان موقف اليونيفيل بالنسبة لشمال الغجر واضح جدا، يجب على إسرائيل الإنسحاب من هذه المنطقة لأن وجودها هناك يمثل انتهاكا واضحا ومستمرا لقرار مجلس الأمن الدولي 1701″، لافتا إلى انه “ليس هناك خلاف حول حقيقة أن هذه المنطقة التي تقع إلى الشمال من الخط الأزرق، هي منطقة لبنانية والإنسحاب الإسرائيلي منها ليس موضوعا للتفاوض، بل هو واجب على اسرائيل أن تفي به، وقد كانت اليونيفيل حاسمة جدا وثابتة في التوجه إلى الإسرائيليين بهذا الطلب في كل اجتماعاتنا، سواء كانت ثنائية أو ثلاثية، وحتى أن الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة يطرح هذه المسألة في كل مناسبة”.
ولفتت إلى انه “منذ العام 2006، وضع كل قادة اليونيفيل هذا الهدف كأولوية، وقدمنا الكثير من المقترحات إلى الأفرقاء لتسهيل الإنسحاب الإسرائيلي بطريقة تضمن معالجة المسائل الأمنية والإنسانية حسب الأصول. تم إرسال آخر مقترحاتنا إلى الأفرقاء في حزيران من العام 2011، وقد وافقت السلطات اللبنانية على الاقتراح في تموز من العام 2011، غير أن اليونيفيل لم تتلق أي رد من إسرائيل على الرغم من الطلبات المستمرة”.
وتابعت: “مؤخرا أبلغ الجيش الإسرائيلي اليونيفيل عن نية بلدية الغجر تعزيز السياج حول القرية بأكملها، بما في ذلك الجزء الشمالي الذي يقع داخل الأراضي اللبنانية، ومن جهتها، قالت اليونيفيل للجيش الإسرائيلي بشكل لا لبس فيه ان عليه الانسحاب من شمال الغجر وفقا للقرار 1701، وأن اليونيفيل تعارض إجراء أشغال من هذا النوع في المنطقة المحتلة، وفي الوقت نفسه، ووفقا لما هو متبع، نقلت اليونيفيل جميع المعلومات التي قدمها الجيش الإسرائيلي إلى الجانب اللبناني، ورد الجيش اللبناني بأنه يعتبر الأشغال انتهاكا واضحا للقرار 1701 وأصر على عدم السماح بمتابعة الأشغال. ونتيجة لذلك أبلغت اليونيفيل الجيش الإسرائيلي موقف الجيش اللبناني، وكررت اعتراضها الخاص على الأعمال، كما أننا حذرنا من احتمال حدوث توتر في المنطقة اذا سمح بمواصلة الأشغال، كذلك اقترحنا أن تناقش هذه المسألة خلال الاجتماع الثلاثي المقرر عقده في الثامن من أيار. وقد تعهد الجيش الإسرائيلي وقف الأعمال داخل الأراضي اللبنانية المحتلة، ووافق على مناقشة هذه المسألة في الاجتماع الثلاثي”.
وأكدت ان “اليونيفيل عمدت بتنسيق وثيق مع الجيش اللبناني، مع الإشارة إلى أن فرق اليونيفيل متواجدة على الأرض وتنسق بشكل وثيق مع الأطراف، وينصب التركيز على ضمان الإحترام الكامل للبنود ذات الصلة من القرار 1701 ومنع انتهاكها. وقد أكد لنا كلا الجانبين بأنهما لا يريدان أي تصعيد”.
