مرسيل خليفة والمسار إلى الثورة في تونس

تونس ــ خاص «أخبار بووم»

منذ نجاح الثورة في تونس، أصبحت أغاني الفنان اللبناني مرسيل خليفة كثيفة الحضور على المحطات الإذاعية والتلفزيونية التونسية.
لكن قبل الثورة، كان الأمر مختلفا جدا، بل أن هذا الفنان الذي عشقته أجيال متعاقبة من التونسيين كان في فترة ما، إبان حكم الرئيس بن علي، ممنوعا من المهرجانات ومن البث الإذاعي والتلفزيوني في تونس.
ولا يُعرف لحد اليوم كيف تم اتخاذ قرار منع مرسيل من المهرجانات ومن البث، ومن اتخذ هذا القرار بالضبط. لكن الظروف التي حفت بذلك المنع معروفة وتعود على الأرجح إلى ردود فعل بعض الأطراف القريبة من السلطة تجاه مرسيل خليفة سنة 2005، وذلك بعد مواقف له أثارت حفيظتهم.
أول هذه المواقف كان خلال الحفل الذي أقامه مرسيل خليفة في مهرجان قرطاج صيف ذلك العام أمام 15 ألف متفرج. عندها ووسط تصفيق الحاضرين أهدى الفنان اللبناني أغنيته “عصفور طلّ من الشباك” إلى “السجناء السياسيين في السجون الإسرائيلية والعربية”. وبعدها بأسابيع قليلة وقّع مرسيل خليفة مع 44 فنانا ومثقفا عربيا آخر بيانا لمساندة حرية الرأي والتعبير في تونس.
لم يكن في تلك المواقف أي تحول مفاجئ في مسار الفنان اللبناني المعروف بانتمائه للحركة التقدمية ومساندته لقضايا الحريات في الوطن العربي.
التحول الوحيد كان يتمثل ربّما في التشنج المتزايد لبعض الأوساط المتصلبة داخل النظام في تونس وتوجسها من أن أغاني مرسيل خليفة أصبحت تشكل زادا معنويا للمعارضة.
لم ينتظر طويلا ليرى أولى ردّات الفعل ضده من قبل من كان يسميهم “أصحاب النفوس الضعيفة” داخل المؤسسة الرسمية التونسية آنذاك.
ففي 12 ديسمبر/ كانون الأول من نفس السنة أعلمت إدارة مهرجان المسرح العربي في حمام سوسة (على الساحل التونسي) مرسيل بإلغاء الدعوة التي كانت وجهتها اليه لافتتاح هذا المهرجان متعللة “بظروف قاهرة متصلة بالبرمجة والميزانية”.
ولم يقبل مرسيل بذلك التفسير معتبرا إياه “غير مقبول”، وواصفاً الإجراء ضده بأنه “نتيجة ضغوطات سياسية”. وتأكد الجميع بالفعل أن ذلك “الاعتذار” لم يكن صدفة، وذلك بعد أن سرت معلومات متواترة في تونس عن صدور تعليمات شفوية بمنع تداول أغاني مرسيل خليفة على المحطات الإذاعية والتلفزيونية.
لم يسكت الفنان اللبناني الذي بدأ عروضه الموسيقية على مسارح تونس منذ سنة 1980. وبعث برسالة إلى إدارة المهرجان احتج فيها على منعه من دخول “بلد أحببته من كل قلبي”، كما قال. وأضاف في رسالته لإدارة المهرجان: “يخالجني إحساس بالحزن الإنساني والخجل الحضاري لأنه ثمة قوى تقدر أن تمنع مشاركة فنان مهمته الوحيدة أن يغني للحب والحرية ويسعى صادقا للتعبير عن مجتمعه”.
ولكن مرسيل لم يكن يتوقع أن هناك حتى من بين كبار المسؤولين التونسيين آنذاك من كان يشاطره مشاعر “الحزن” و”الخجل” من منعه من دخول البلاد.
أحد هؤلاء بالتحديد كان أسامة رمضاني، مدير عام الإعلام الخارجي في تونس يومها. رمضاني (الذي كان يُعرف عنه أنه من عشاق فن مرسيل خليفة) عارض قرار المنع. ولما لم يجد آذانا صاغية أقدم على التدخل لدى الرئيس السابق بن علي مقنعا إياه بضرورة رفع هذه المظلمة بعد أن لفت انتباهه إلى “الانعكاسات السلبية للقرار على سمعة تونس في المنطقة العربية”.
واتصل رمضاني بعدها بمرسيل خليفة ليؤكد له أنه ليس هناك قرار سياسي بمنعه من دخول البلاد مرحبا به في تونس متى شاء ذلك!
كما تدخل رمضاني شخصيا كي تعود المحطات الإذاعية والتلفزية إلى بث أغاني مرسيل. وفعلا بثّ التلفزيون التونسي مساء 29 ديسمبر/ كانون الأول أغنية “أمّي”، وهي أغنية شهيرة جدا في تونس. وبث التلفزيون ليلة رأس السنة الميلادية لقطات من حفل خليفة الأخير في قرطاج.
وبعد ذلك أصدرت وزارة الثقافة التونسية من ناحيتها يوم 3 يناير/ كانون الثاني 2006 “نفيا رسميا” لأي قرار منع ضد مرسيل! وقالت الوزارة إن “تونس لا يمكن أن تتخذ أبدا مثل هذا القرار بشأن فنان عربي كبير تربطه ببلادنا علاقات وطيدة منذ سنوات”.
وعاد بعد ذلك مرسيل خليفة ليزور تونس وليغنّي من جديد على مسرح قرطاج أمام الآلاف من محبيه. وكان واضحا بعد عودته أنه ليست هناك إجراءات كان يمكن أن تمنع الفنان اللبناني من أن تسكن موسيقاه قلوب الشباب الطامح إلى الحرية والكرامة وأن تواكب أغانيه الملتزمة المسار إلى الثورة في تونس.
